Relay BDC for Dealer Principals and General Managers
· Relay BDC team
Ask your market a question
Miles Dealer Assistant answers managers' market questions in plain English, with the figures from MarketCheck behind every answer:
- What's for sale near you, at what asking prices, and how many days of supply the market has for a model.
- How your own units compare: which have sat longest and how their prices line up with the market.
- Which dealers you compete with, and current OEM incentives.
- For groups: the same questions across every store you can access.
It can also draft a marketing campaign from what it finds. The draft waits on the Campaigns page until a dealership administrator approves it; nothing is sent before that.
Every store at a glance
Owner accounts get a Portfolio view of the stores linked to them, with, for each store:
- new leads and active conversations;
- appointments today and over the next seven days;
- lead-to-sale conversion;
- deals and revenue won over 30 days, where your sales data is sent to Relay BDC.
Stores are flagged On track, At risk or Behind, listed most at risk first, and you can open any store's own dashboard from the list.
What Miles is doing for each store
Each store's Performance pages show the lead funnel from first contact through appointments set, confirmed and shown, to sold, with a switch to see only the leads Miles handled, plus show rate, response time and how often Miles hands conversations to the team. See what Miles reports.
Staying in control
- Owner access is view-only unless you ask us for administrator access at a store.
- Every staff account must use two-step sign-in, as the FTC Safeguards Rule requires.
- An audit log records sign-ins, settings changes, and the bookings and other changes Miles makes; store administrators can review it.
- Changes to what Miles says are tested against sample conversations before they go live, and can be rolled back.
- A store can start in shadow mode, where the team sends every reply Miles drafts. See how handoffs work.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I see all my stores in one place?
- Yes. Owner accounts get a Portfolio view across the stores linked to them, and can open any store's own dashboard from there.
- Can an owner change settings at a store?
- Owner access is view-only by default. If you want to manage a store's settings yourself, our team can give you administrator access there.
- Where does the market data come from?
- MarketCheck, using your dealership's own account. Prices are dealer asking prices, not transaction prices, and the assistant says so.
